About the Role
- We are looking for an experienced real estate professional to take on a
- senior production and leadership role
- within the brokerage.
- This position is designed for agents who:
- Actively close deals
- Understand both
- secondary and off-plan markets
- Are capable of
- mentoring and scaling a team
- The role combines
- personal deal-making with team development
- , supported by internal systems, lead generation, and operational infrastructure.
Personal Production
- Handle buyer and seller leads
- Secure listings and close transactions
- Work across both secondary and off-plan opportunities
Team Leadership
- Support and guide junior agents
- Assist in onboarding new agents
- Share best practices for:
- Lead handling
- Negotiation
- Closing
Team Growth (Optional but Preferred)
- Attract new experienced & proactive agents to the team
- Support team performance and activity levels
- Contribute to overall team revenue growth
Operational Alignment
- Ensure team usage of CRM and follow-up systems
- Maintain deal visibility and reporting
- Escalate critical deals when required

Requirements
- **Proven experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)**
- Strong track record in:
- **Secondary market transactions**
- **Off-plan sales**
- Experience mentoring or managing agents
- Ability to close deals independently
- Strong understanding of:
- RERA processes
- Deal structuring
- Market pricing
- Existing network or ability to attract agents is a strong advantage
- A driver's license is an advantage
& Earnings
- Base Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 (depending on experience and track record)
- Commission: 65% – 75% per deal (personal production)
- Override: 5% – 15% on team production (based on performance)
- No cap on earnings
Additional Incentives
- Team growth incentives, based on:
- Number of active agents onboarded
- Team production volume
