• 🎯 Applicant Requirements
• **Proven Dubai Track Record:**
• A minimum of 2+ years of active, verifiable experience as a successful real estate broker within the Dubai market.
• **Regulatory Compliance:**
• Must possess a valid, active RERA Broker Card.
• **Network & Pipeline:**
• A strong existing network of clients or a proven history of converting premium off-plan or secondary deals.
• **Communication Excellence:**
• Flawless English communication and negotiation skills (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are highly advantageous).
