- ✨ Key Responsibilities
- **High-Value Advisory:**
- Build, maintain, and advise an elite portfolio of local and international high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) looking to invest in Dubai's premium real estate.
- **Deal Execution:**
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle seamlessly, from initial inquiry qualification and deep-dive property presentations to structural negotiations and final closings.
- **Off-Plan & Secondary Mastery:**
- Maintain deep, up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s major master developments, launch pipelines, luxury typologies, and market trends.
- **Developer Relations:**
- Leverage direct access to the UAE's premier developers to secure unlisted plot allocations and exclusive launch options for your clients.
- **Brand Representation:**
- Embody the Altura ethos by delivering a fully transparent, highly consultative, and low-pressure advisory service that wins long-term client loyalty.
- 🎯 Applicant Requirements
- **Proven Dubai Track Record:**
- A minimum of 2+ years of active, verifiable experience as a successful real estate broker within the Dubai market.
- **Regulatory Compliance:**
- Must possess a valid, active RERA Broker Card.
- **Network & Pipeline:**
- A strong existing network of clients or a proven history of converting premium off-plan or secondary deals.
- **Communication Excellence:**
- Flawless English communication and negotiation skills (additional languages such as Russian, Arabic, or French are highly advantageous).
- **Self-Driven Mindset:**
- A highly professional, entrepreneurial attitude with a deep hunger to dominate the luxury market.
