Senior Quantity Surveyor – MEP for a hospital project.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and control costs.
- Estimate and measure work.
- Manage procurement and subcontracts.
- Handle valuations and payments.
- Manage variations, contract administration, and claims.
- Manage risk and complete final accounts and close-out.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field; the education listing marks a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 8 years in the same role, including 3 years in a senior role.
- Hospital project and MEP experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of contract forms and measurement methods, including NRM, SMM7, CESMM, and POMI.
- Locally available in Qatar with a valid, transferable Qatar ID; available to join immediately.
- UPDA is an added advantage.
