A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.
Job Description
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, BOQs, tender documents, and contracts for construction and fit-out projects.
- Monitor budgets, financial reporting, payment applications, project costs, and variations.
- Oversee fit-out and luxury interior works including joinery, MEP coordination, and high-end finishes.
- Lead commercial and contract management while ensuring compliance with project and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Have 6–10 years of experience in joinery, fit-out, and luxury villa projects within the UAE with a valid driving license
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC and standard contract and hands-on procurement experience, including tendering, supplier negotiations, subcontractor management, and contract administration.
