- Taking off measurements from site & from tender drawings for tenders.
- Involving with variation order and taking off quantities.
- Valuation of Variation.
- Payment applications (IPA)
- Updating and Monitoring site Resources (Labor, Materials and Machinery)
- Reviewing Sub contractor Bills
