Overview
- Minimum 5 years of Experience in the relevant Area.
- Prepare and review BOQ (Bill of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents.
- Evaluate and compare quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
- Handle contract administration, including variations, claims, and final accounts.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Prepare monthly cost/value reconciliation reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project teams.
