Key Responsibilities
- Manage project costs from inception to final account
- Handle subcontractor administration, payments, and contracts
- Monitor budgets, cash flow, and profitability
- Manage variations, claims, and client valuations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- **8+ years of experience**
- , including strong QS experience
- ERP experience (
- SAP preferred
- )
- Strong knowledge of contracts, subcontracting, and commercial management
- GCC experience is a plus
