Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Estimator with a strong background in claims management to join our team in Tabuk .
In this role, you will play a critical part in overseeing project budgets, managing commercial risks, and handling complex contractual claims for large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
What You'Ll Be Doing
Cost Estimation & Management: Prepare, review, and finalize detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities (BOQ), and budget forecasts across various project phases.
Claims & Dispute Resolution: Identify, analyze, evaluate, and manage commercial claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) requests.
Draft comprehensive claim defenses or submissions with robust contractual justification.
Contract Administration: Review contract terms and conditions to identify commercial risks and opportunities, ensuring adherence to project specifications and local regulations.
Value Engineering: Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to perform cost-benefit analyses and identify value engineering opportunities.
Commercial Reporting: Maintain accurate cost tracking logs, monitor variations, and prepare regular commercial status reports for senior leadership and clients.
