Full-time, on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor role in Doha, Qatar.
Oversees project costs and financial matters for construction projects, supporting profitability and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), plan costs, and manage project budgets.
- Analyze costs, forecast expenditures, and prepare cost reports.
- Oversee project financial aspects and collaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to control costs.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in cost control, budget management, and cost monitoring.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting construction project BOQs; experience in cost management, planning, and reporting.
- Proven project budget forecasting and financial analysis experience; strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Industry certifications and relevant software proficiency are advantageous.
