Provide technical leadership and help raise engineering standards across the team
Improve software engineering practices across research workflows, including the effective adoption of agentic coding tools and workflows
Automate and streamline large-scale data preparation and cleansing workflows
Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools
Help Quant Researchers bring trading strategies into production
Continuously evolve the team’s software platform to meet changing business needs
Your present skillset
- 5–10 years of quant development experience
- High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design
- Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development
- Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and collaborate effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
