Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and raise engineering standards across the team.
- Improve research-workflow engineering practices, including adoption of agentic coding tools.
- Automate large-scale data preparation and cleansing.
- Build, enhance, and support quantitative research tools.
- Help researchers bring trading strategies into production.
- Evolve the software platform as business needs change.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of quantitative development experience.
- Strong Python development skills and proficiency with agentic software development.
- High standards for code quality, testing, and maintainable software design.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
