Role overview

What you'll do

• Support project-level quality management systems in line with ISO 9001, Parsons, client, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and maintain quality plans, procedures, work instructions, inspection and test plans, forms, and related records.
• Monitor project work for compliance with quality procedures, technical specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
• Conduct or support internal, project, supplier, and subcontractor audits and surveillance; report findings and verify corrective-action closeout.
• Manage quality records, including non-conformance reports, corrective action requests, audit findings, inspection records, observations, and performance metrics.
• Review non-conformances, support root-cause analysis, and help develop corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate contractor and supplier quality documentation and performance; report noncompliance and potential quality risks.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, procurement, safety, contracts, project controls, clients, consultants, suppliers, and other project teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and management review inputs; support quality objectives and continual improvement.
• Verify products, materials, services, and completed work against approved requirements; provide guidance and support quality training.

Required skills and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
• At least 17 years of related quality experience in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or a similar project environment.
• Recognized quality certification, such as an IRCA-approved ISO 9001 Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor, ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality assurance and control, applicable ISO, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, and client standards, and project quality systems.
• Experience with audits, surveillance, non-conformance and corrective action management, root-cause analysis, and quality documentation review.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Visio.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, planning, organization, and attention-to-detail skills; ability to work independently and support multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to provide technical guidance, conduct meetings and training, and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required.
