QMS Leadership: Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 .

Audit Management: Plan and lead comprehensive internal and external quality audits.

Manage the audit lifecycle from scheduling to the verification of closed corrective actions.

Technical Oversight: Review and approve complex Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Material Submittals.

Root Cause Analysis: Lead investigations into significant quality failures or recurring non-conformances (NCRs), developing high-level preventive strategies to mitigate future risks.

Stakeholder Liaison: Represent the Quality department in high-level meetings with clients, government authorities, and contractors.

Team Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior quality engineers and inspectors, fostering a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.

Reporting: Analyze quality metrics and KPIs to provide the Project Director with actionable insights regarding quality trends and contractor performance.

Standards Knowledge: Extensive expertise in international codes (ASTM, ACI, AWS) and the Saudi Building Code (SBC) .

Language: Native fluency in Arabic and professional mastery of English (technical writing and presentation).

Managerial Acumen: Strong ability to manage contractor relationships and influence project outcomes without direct authority.

Digital Literacy: Proficiency in quality management software, BIM integration for quality tracking, and advanced data analysis tools.

Problem Solving: A strategic mindset capable of balancing strict quality requirements with project schedule constraints.
