Senior Quality Engineer

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience working in a Quality Engineering or similar quality-focused role within a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of aerospace and/or defence industry requirements, including standards such as AS9100 and NADCAP.
• Experience of customer quality management, specification review, contract requirements, and quality issue resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams.
• Proven experience using root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated commitment to quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
