Role Description
The Senior Quality Assurance Inspector is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
This role is responsible for inspecting electrical products, components, and systems to ensure compliance with internal standards, customer specifications, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Day-to-day tasks include performing detailed inspections, validating test results, documenting non-conformities, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with production and engineering teams.
The inspector will review quality documentation, participate in audits, and support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.
The role also involves mentoring junior inspectors, preparing clear inspection reports, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain high levels of product reliability and safety.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, inspection techniques, and industry standards in electrical manufacturing.
- Experience with quality control tools such as checklists, sampling plans, root-cause analysis, and corrective action processes.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, product specifications, and test reports.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and relevant regulatory or safety requirements for electrical products.
- Effective communication skills for reporting findings, coordinating with production and engineering teams, and participating in audits.
- Ability to work on-site in a manufacturing environment, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Several years of experience in quality assurance or inspection roles within the electrical or energy sector, preferably at a senior level.
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field; professional certifications in quality are an advantage.
