Responsibilities
- Prepare and review tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities, with architects or clients.
- Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance projects; advise on project maintenance costs.
- Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
- Perform risk and value management, cost control, and cost reconciliation; control project and developer budgets.
- Prepare and analyze tender costing and cost estimates.
- Assess variations and follow up on variation matters.
- Prepare periodic claims and reports.
- Evaluate tenders, letters of intent, contract agreements, and post-tender work.
Requirements
- Fit-out or joinery experience is mandatory.
- Experience with pre-contract and post-contract work.
- Ability to prepare and review preliminary and detailed cost estimates.
- Experience evaluating tenders, letters of intent, contract agreements, and post-tender work.
- Ability to prepare periodic claims and reports and follow up on variations.
