• The ideal candidate must have strong QA/QC inspection experience in landscaping, infrastructure, or construction projects, with proven project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia.
• The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities, materials, workmanship, inspections, and documentation comply with project specifications, approved drawings, method statements, quality standards, and client requirements.
• Key Responsibilities
• Conduct daily QA/QC inspections for site activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, method statements, and project quality requirements.
• Inspect landscaping works, hardscape, softscape, irrigation, civil works, materials, and finishing activities as per approved standards.
• Prepare and submit inspection requests, site inspection reports, quality checklists, and related QA/QC documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams for inspections, approvals, and quality-related matters.
• Monitor site execution to ensure compliance with project quality procedures and approved construction methodology.
• Identify quality issues, raise observations or NCRs when required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Verify that delivered materials comply with approved material submittals, samples, technical specifications, and project requirements.
• Ensure all testing, inspection, and quality control activities are properly recorded and maintained.
• Support the QA/QC Engineer and Project Team in achieving project quality objectives and successful project delivery.
• Ensure that all works are completed in line with Saudi standards, project specifications, and client expectations.
