Senior QA/QC Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project’s QA/QC management system in alignment with international standards and project requirements.
• Oversee inspection and testing activities for all construction phases, ensuring full compliance with specifications and regulatory guidelines.
• Lead quality audits, non-conformance management, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve quality issues and ensure consistent execution.
• Review and approve quality documentation, method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify risks, and recommend improvements to enhance quality outcomes.
• Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to QA/QC teams to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Prepare regular quality reports and present findings to project leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering in Civil, Architectural, or related discipline.
• Relevant professional membership or certification (e.g., ISO, PMP, CQE) is an advantage.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC roles for high-rise tower projects .
• Experience in Saudi Arabia , with strong understanding of local codes and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience working on large-scale or mega projects is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Saudi national candidates are preferred.
