Senior QA/QC Engineer

We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing industries, preferably in metal fabrication, steel products, metal doors, wooden doors, or similar industrial sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the company's ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, while ensuring compliance across all departments and manufacturing operations.

Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS).

Create, review, update, control, and maintain all quality-related procedures, policies, work instructions, forms, manuals, records, and controlled documents.

Establish, monitor, and analyze Quality Objectives and KPIs, ensuring effective follow-up and achievement of targets.

Conduct internal audits across all departments, prepare audit reports, follow up on findings, and verify effective closure of corrective actions.

Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Root Cause Analysis, Corrective Actions, Preventive Actions, and continuous improvement activities.

Lead document control activities and ensure all quality documentation remains current, compliant, and properly maintained.

Train and support production, technical, and administrative teams on quality requirements, documented procedures, work instructions, and ISO compliance.

Participate in Management Review activities and provide quality performance reports and recommendations.

Monitor compliance with quality standards throughout manufacturing processes including cutting, welding, fabrication, machining, painting, assembly, packaging, and final inspection.

Drive continual improvement initiatives and support the development of a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant QA/QC experience in manufacturing industries.

Strong practical experience in implementing, maintaining, and improving ISO 9001:2015 from documentation development through certification and ongoing compliance.

Solid knowledge of Internal Auditing, Document Control, Quality Objectives, KPIs, NCR Management, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Risk-Based Thinking, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Good understanding of manufacturing and inspection processes related to metal fabrication, welding, cutting, painting, assembly, and finishing operations.

Internal Auditor qualification is highly desirable.
