Responsibilities

• Demonstrate software development expertise across programming languages, frameworks, and practices.
• Implement features and technical solutions with clean, efficient, maintainable code.

Technical proficiency

• Expert Python 3.x proficiency and advanced knowledge of frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MongoDB, Cassandra, or Redis.
• Secure REST API and integration expertise; API design and security using OAuth2 or JWT, and REST or gRPC patterns.
• CI/CD systems, automated deployment pipelines, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Advanced troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for complex distributed applications.
• Git experience, including branching strategies and pull request workflows.

Recommended qualifications and education

• 8+ years of progressive Applications Development or Systems Analysis experience, substantially focused on Java and Python technologies.
• Experience delivering complex software projects from inception through production deployment.
• Python application development expertise, software architecture, microservices, event-driven design, and object-oriented programming.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes.
• Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.

Additional technical areas

• Understanding of agentic AI frameworks such as Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph, and multi-agent systems integrating OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini.
• Knowledge of AI capabilities including Vertex AI, Google A2UI, RAG pipelines, and vector databases.
• Java 17+ is preferred; related knowledge includes object-oriented design, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Hibernate.
• Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js for full-stack development.
