Responsibilities
- Build a fully automated, AI-powered trading system for real-world prediction markets.
- Help establish the engineering team and build the product from the ground up.
Candidate requirements
- 6+ years of commercial Python experience, alongside AI coding tools such as Windsurf or Cursor.
- Startup mindset or experience and comfort building from scratch.
- Strong understanding of at least one of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Commercial quant or trading experience; fintech experience more generally is also accepted.
- Already being in the UAE is preferred.
Compensation
- Salary is stated as AED 25,000–30,000 per month.
Work arrangement
- The role is described as hybrid in Dubai.
