Senior Property Manager at Gulfalts

Overview

• We're looking for a Senior Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of properties and keep things running to a high standard - for tenants, owners, and the team around you.
• You'll be hands-on with tenants, vendors, and day-to-day coordination, while also making sure the bigger picture - reporting, compliance, and team quality doesn't slip.
• What you'll be doing:
• Managing residential or commercial properties end-to-end
• Handling tenant communication, lease renewals, and resolving issues when they come up
• Coordinating with maintenance teams and external vendors
• Reviewing property performance and producing clear reports
• Making sure everything runs in line with internal standards
• Mentoring junior team members and raising the bar on service quality
• What we're looking for:
• 5+ years in property management
• Solid experience dealing with tenants, vendors, and property documentation
• Good understanding of how Dubai's property market works
• Someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and gets things done
