This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant located in Dubai.
The Property Consultant will be responsible for providing advice to clients regarding property investments, property management, and market trends.
The day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, conducting property viewings, and negotiating sales.
The role also involves preparing necessary documents, offering customer service support, and maintaining updated knowledge about the real estate market in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Consulting and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven track record of successful sales
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
- Driving license is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
