We are seeking an experienced and driven **Senior Property Consultant** to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating property transactions, advising clients on investment opportunities.
This role requires an individual with in-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, a strong existing network, and a proven track record in closing deals
Key Responsibilities
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, industry trends, and property portfolios
- Ability to analyze data, assess client needs, and provide tailored property solutionsSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience in real estate is preferred.
- Coordinate with developers to request availability, hold units, and arrange DLD forms
Qualifications & Requirements Experience**
- **Minimum 2-4 years** of sales experience within the Dubai real estate market
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
