Compensation & Incentives
- We offer one of the region’s most competitive commission structures:
- Up to 55% commission on company-generated leads
- Up to 80% commission on self-generated business
- Continuous access to qualified company leads
- Optional fixed salary + adjusted commission structure for selected candidates
- Our top-performing advisors operate without income limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound client inquiries
- Conduct property consultations and viewings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate and close real estate transactions
- Develop and manage a personal sales pipeline
- Achieve individual sales targets within a fast-paced environment
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Professional, resilient, and commercially aware
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is advantageous
- Mindset, ambition, and work ethic are valued as highly as experience.
