Role Description
The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on-site client engagement and some work-from-home flexibility.
This role involves advising clients on property purchases, sales, leasing, and investments, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed market insights tailored to client needs.
The Senior Property Consultant will manage a portfolio of listings, prepare and present proposals, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth end-to-end transaction processes in line with company standards.
Daily tasks include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, building and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
The role also requires accurate documentation, compliance with regulatory requirements, and proactive follow-up to support client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to analyze client needs and provide informed real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
- Proven customer service skills, with a client-centric mindset and the ability to build trust and long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and achieving or exceeding targets.
- Solid understanding of real estate markets, preferably with hands-on experience in Dubai’s residential and/or commercial sectors.
- Relevant experience as a Property Consultant or similar role; senior-level experience in brokerage or investment advisory is an advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, property listing platforms, and basic MS Office or similar tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, combining client-facing fieldwork with remote tasks.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used
