Role overview

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client portfolios across off-plan, leasing, and secondary markets.
• Advise investors and end users through a consultative, insight-led approach.
• Build a conversion-focused pipeline through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach; identify new business and develop client relationships.
• Monitor Dubai market trends, community developments, launches, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Arrange viewings, prepare offers, negotiate terms, and close high-value transactions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver a strong client experience through deal completion.

Required experience and capabilities

• At least 1 year of Dubai real estate or high-performance sales experience, with a proven track record in off-plan, leasing, or secondary sales.
• Understanding of consultative selling, pipeline management, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial, and client-focused approach; strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Self-driven and disciplined, able to work independently and contribute to a team; professional presentation and integrity.

Preferred and advantageous qualifications

• RERA certification or Broker Card is preferred.
• A valid UAE driving licence, own vehicle, and additional languages are advantageous.
