***KBR is looking for Senior Project TimeKeeper to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects***

Experience Required

  • To follow up with Individual timesheet of all project employees and ensure to record in the system before month close.
  • Consolidate the Induvial time sheet and get it approved from stake holder.
  • To maintain the leave tracker of all project employees and ensure reconciling with system on a monthly basis.
  • Reconciliation of approved timesheet with system booked hours and make necessary corrections.
  • To track the mobilization / demobilization of employees and update the necessary report.
  • Handling PAAF / MMR documents of the projects.
  • To support Finance to for Invoice process and payment follow up.
  • To be readily available for taking additional roles whenever required by the team.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree Mandatory.
