Key Responsibilities

  • Support and train estimating and project teams in the development and maintenance of project schedules that accurately reflect the project budget and implementation plan.
  • Provide hands-on support for scheduling and project controls efforts on larger key projects.
  • Develop standardized scheduling procedures for future projects.
  • Provide training, resources, and support, as necessary.
  • Ensure the quality, timeliness, and consistency of project controls produced by each Division.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 8+ years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 to: Develop and maintain schedules Perform critical path analyses Resource load schedules Develop cash flow projections
  • Develop and maintain schedules

  • Experience with quantity tracking, earned value reporting, and similar project controls practices.
  • Knowledge of job cost accounting preferred
