The role focuses on risk and resilience across projects and asset operations.
Responsibilities
- Implement integrated frameworks for project risk, asset operations risk, business continuity, and crisis management.
- Identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor risks to strengthen resilience and support uninterrupted delivery and operations.
- Promote international risk and resilience practices to support informed decisions and protect enterprise value.
- Apply understanding of investment, development, delivery, asset operations, and divestment processes.
- Support business units in implementing a consistent risk methodology.
- Identify exposure across project lifecycles, procurement strategies, governance structures, and delivery models.
- Challenge assumptions and advise project teams to improve risk visibility and control effectiveness.
Profile
- Engineering degree and relevant professional Risk Management certifications.
- 15 years in risk management, business continuity, crisis management, or similar managerial roles in construction, oil and gas, or real estate.
- Hands-on experience mainly with building projects and some infrastructure experience.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Strong teamwork and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
