_Job Description Summary_
Provide expert planning and project controls support for BHIG’s Project Portfolio Organization, ensuring accurate scheduling, cost forecasting, and performance reporting.
The role drives compliance with BHIG standards and customer requirements, enabling successful project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
_Key Responsibilities_
Planning & Scheduling
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
- Ensure alignment of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with overall project timelines.
- Perform schedule risk analysis and recommend mitigation strategies.
Cost Control & Forecasting
- Prepare and monitor project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Track commitments, expenditures, and variances against approved budgets.
- Support monthly cost reporting and earned value analysis.
Project Controls Governance
- Implement Air Products and BHIG project controls procedures.
- Maintain accurate progress measurement systems and performance dashboards.
Customer Expectation Management
- Provide transparent reporting to customers and stakeholders on schedule and cost performance.
- Address concerns promptly and ensure alignment with contractual requirements.
