  • Parsons is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Manager to join our team.
  • Reporting to the Project Director or Program Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of large to medium-sized water and wastewater infrastructure projects in accordance with client requirements, contractual obligations, and company procedures.
  • The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, internal resources, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • What You will be doing :
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, including development of scope, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and implementation strategies.
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact, ensuring project requirements, expectations, and deliverables are met.
  • Monitor project performance, resources, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions to address risks and challenges.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Lead project staffing, team development, performance management, and mentoring of direct reports.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, security, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, change control, and contract variations, including negotiation of scope changes with clients and subcontractors.
  • Chair project meetings, provide regular progress updates to stakeholders, and maintain accurate records of project activities and performance.
  • Review bid documents and support procurement and tendering activities as required.
  • Perform other project management duties necessary to ensure successful project completion
