Now we’re looking for an exceptional Senior Project Manager to join us on the journey.
About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager with proven experience delivering social infrastructure particularly across seniors living, aged care, and housing in our Sydney office.
This is your chance to lead high-impact projects from concept through to completion, working alongside developers, operators, designers and government stakeholders to deliver outcomes that genuinely change lives.
You’ll be part of a tight-knit, ambitious team that values quality over quantity, builds long-term client partnerships, and supports each other to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the end-to-end project management of seniors living, aged care, and/or social and affordable housing projects
- Manage time, cost, quality, risk and stakeholder outcomes across multiple concurrent projects
- Develop and oversee project plans, programs, budgets, and procurement strategies
- Work closely with clients, designers, contractors and consultants as the trusted Planix lead
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continue Planix’s reputation as the partner of choice in social infrastructure
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to grow our presence in nationally
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years’ project management experience in the construction or development industry
- Demonstrated experience delivering social infrastructure projects particularly across seniors living, aged care, retirement villages, and/or social or affordable housing
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to lead procurement, manage budgets, and identify risks early
- Excellent stakeholder management skills comfortable working across public sector, not-for-profit and private clients
- Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, architecture or related discipline
- A genuine passion for delivering projects that have lasting community impact
