Senior Project Manager, Self-Perform Concrete (CB)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Civil Engineering, construction, or related program from a recognized technical college.
• Demonstrated experience (minimum 4 years) of managing Self-Perform Concrete construction on active projects, including field planning, supervision of crews and foremen, productivity management, cost control, and schedule execution.
• Strong working knowledge of concrete means and methods, including formwork, reinforcing steel, embeds, concrete placement, finishing, curing, tolerances, and quality requirements.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret contract documents, structural drawings and details, specifications, shop drawings, scopes of work, project schedules, and budgets.
• Experience with quantity tracking, project forecasting, procurement, change management, and cost control for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontracted components of concrete work.
• Experience with scheduling and schedule management.
• Strong field leadership, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with trades, designers, suppliers, testing agencies, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM), Last Planner System® (LPS), and lean construction practices to support planning, coordination, and production.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office and other project management or construction technology platforms.
