Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Management with a background in computer science or related field to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of our technology projects. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to drive project progress and achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities:

-Project Planning and Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
• Coordinate and manage project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members.

-Stakeholder Management:

• Engage and communicate with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Manage expectations, address concerns, and negotiate project priorities and deliverables.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

-Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Assign tasks, provide guidance, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Facilitate effective decision-making, conflict resolution, and problem-solving within the team.

-Risk Management:

• Identify project risks, assess their potential impact, and develop risk mitigation plans.
• Proactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project progress or outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and security standards.

-Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to monitor and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions.
• Conduct project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years of practical experience in Project management.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, MIRO).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
