Senior Project Manager

We are currently looking for experienced professionals to join our Building Consultancy & Project Management team in Riyadh:

1.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering/ Construction Management

2.

Minimum 10-year experience in Project/ Construction Management

3.

Familiarity in AutoCAD and Microsoft office, specifically excel

4.

Strong understanding of Fit-out works, renovation of residential projects.

5.

Risk management (qualitative and quantitative analysis)

6.

Schedule management (schedule reviews, schedule various analysis)

7.

Assist to identify and manage scope changes, scope extensions

8.

Ability to prepare scope of work, RFP, PR and can communicate it with the team through Project Kick-Offs meeting

9.

Cost management (cost estimate, cost control and cost forecasting)

10.

Familiarity in managing stakeholders

11.

Contracts Management (Saudi Government procurement law)

12.

PMI Standards of project management, preferred to be Certified Project Management Professional

13.

Development and enhancement of Project management processes/ procedures

14.

English is mandatory and Arabic is preferred.
