Senior Project Manager - Professional Services
Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager – Professional Services is a customer facing role responsible for managing Vascular Access, Respiratory, Solutions, Consumables and Oncology franchises.
Implementation projects for ICU Medical customers as well as managing the overall customer experience.
The role leads assigned projects in a project management capacity, as well as presents issues, recommendations, and updates to customers and internal stakeholders on the assigned projects.

Education and Experience
- Registered Nurse with current licensure
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or a High School diploma and equivalent combination of college education and experience
- 4+ years of Project Management experience
- Project Management experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must meet credentialing requirements for access to client facilities (i.e. Sexual Offender Registry Check, etc)
- Travel Requirements
- Typically requires travel up to 60% of the time
- Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Stand and/or walk for extended periods (up to 6–8 hours per shift).
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 25–50 pounds (or role-specific weight).
- Perform repetitive motions such as bending, reaching, stooping, climbing, or kneeling.
- Maintain stamina and physical agility to perform job duties safely and effectively.
- Use hands and arms for handling, grasping, and fine motor tasks.
- Work in environments that may require moving between indoor and outdoor settings.
- This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment
