Senior Project Manager, Power Distribution
Role Overview
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager, Power Distribution and take ownership of the planning, execution, and successful completion of complex Engineered to Order (ETO) electrical equipment manufacturing projects.
You are the central point of communication between internal teams and external stakeholders — converting customer requirements into buildable, attainable scope and then holding it there.
This role focuses on low voltage switchboard manufacturing and the skid integration of those switchboards into packaged assemblies.
The scope includes: multiple concurrent orders run independently, integrated skid packages alongside standalone switchboard lineups, and direct accountability for the cost and schedule commitment on each.
Power distribution programs live or die on submittal turnaround, long-lead component availability, and clean work packet release to the assembly line.
You own all three, and you work shoulder-to-shoulder with production supervisors, test technicians, and the materials team on the floor every day.
Your work directly impacts our ability to energize compute from sustainable, renewable and/or stranded energy sources.
We are seeking a seasoned professional with a proactive approach, exceptional organizational skills, a proven background in electrical equipment or industrial manufacturing, and a passion for driving project excellence.
This is a full-time position.
