Senior Project Manager

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation to closeout and develop comprehensive plans that address technology, operations, and business interdependencies.
• Deliver progress reports and presentations to stakeholders and partners.
• Coordinate team planning and scheduling, solicit status updates, and adjust plans to context.
• Coordinate design stages and ensure AV and entertainment technology requirements are represented in building strategies.
• Facilitate or attend Owner-Architect-Client meetings and site walks.
• Assess and mitigate risks while identifying opportunities.
• Capture lessons learned during delivery and after closeout.
• Engage senior leadership to maintain or exceed project delivery practices and industry standards across the portfolio.

Essential qualifications

• 10 years of senior-level project management experience focused on AV and entertainment technology design and integration, architecture, event spaces, or construction-related fields.
• Knowledge of project integration, scope, planning and scheduling, cost, communication, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Fundamental understanding of AV system functionality, installation process, sequencing, and techniques.

Desirable qualifications

• PRINCE2, PMQ, or PMP certification is advantageous.
• AVIXA CTS certification is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Middle East working practices and cultural considerations, especially in KSA, is desirable.
• Experience delivering mega projects and working in complex construction environments is preferred.

Employment and schedule

• 12-month fixed-term, full-time role.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
• Schedule balances team collaboration, site visits, and project meetings.
