Role overview
Lead medium-to-large interior fitout and joinery projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, and retail sectors.
The role focuses on end-to-end execution, joinery integration, and client relationship management, including luxury or high-value spaces.
Project execution and delivery
- Lead turnkey interior fitout projects from site mobilization to final handover.
- Manage project schedules, critical paths, and resource allocation.
- Integrate high-end custom joinery with site works and coordinate factory production with site timelines.
- Enforce quality standards in line with design specifications.
Commercial and stakeholder management
- Monitor budgets, cash flows, and variations to drive project profitability.
- Value-engineer solutions without compromising design intent or structural integrity.
- Negotiate contracts and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and specialized trades.
- Act as primary contact for clients, architects, and consultants; resolve complex site conflicts and engineering bottlenecks.
Experience and expertise
- Requires 10–15 years of experience in interior fitout and joinery management.
- Requires a proven portfolio of successfully delivered large-scale residential, commercial, hospitality, or luxury retail projects.
- Requires deep technical knowledge of joinery manufacturing, wood species, and finishing techniques.
- Requires expertise in complex architectural drawings and MEP coordination.
Education and skills
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction management, or equivalent.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are highly preferred.
- Advanced skills in MS Project, Primavera, or similar scheduling software.
- Requires strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Compensation
- Salary is 35,000 AED, with an education allowance and bonus.
