We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager Fit Out to lead the fit-out delivery of high-rise projects in Qatar.
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in a Senior Project Manager role, with a strong track record in managing fit-out delivery, testing and commissioning, snagging, handover, and project close-out on high-rise PMC projects.
Lead and manage the fit-out phase of high-rise projects from planning through to handover.
Oversee fit-out execution to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage project scope, programme, cost, and risk while ensuring alignment with client requirements and business objectives.
Coordinate and lead the project team, including contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and support staff.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates, financial control, and reporting.
Ensure fit-out works are properly coordinated with all disciplines and completed in line with project delivery processes.
Review and manage contractor performance, shop drawings, material approvals, mock-ups, and installation quality.
Lead testing, commissioning, snagging, handover, and close-out activities related to fit-out packages.
Support resolution of site issues, commercial matters, claims, and interface challenges during the fit-out stage.
Ensure robust project plans, look-aheads, and forecasts are prepared and regularly updated.
