About This Role
We’re Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Events & Activations
DNA Media is looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Minimum 10 years of experience managing events within the UAE
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events and activations
- Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
- Proven track record delivering corporate events with 300+ attendees and more
- Strong experience working with government entities
- Solid expertise in production stages and event execution
- Deep understanding of client requirements with the ability to deliver solutions effectively
- Excellent knowledge of audio-visual systems (sound & lighting)
- Strong network and experience in sourcing and managing vendors
- Proven ability in budgeting, pricing, and cost control
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end project planning and execution
- Manage production, suppliers, and on-ground operations
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
- Maintain high client satisfaction and quality standards
