Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 10 years of experience managing events within the UAE
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of events and activations
• Manage timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination
• ⁠Proven track record delivering corporate events with 300+ attendees and more
• ⁠Strong experience working with government entities
• ⁠Solid expertise in production stages and event execution
• ⁠Deep understanding of client requirements with the ability to deliver solutions effectively
• ⁠Excellent knowledge of audio-visual systems (sound & lighting)
• ⁠Strong network and experience in sourcing and managing vendors
• ⁠Proven ability in budgeting, pricing, and cost control
