Senior Project Manager - Environment

We are seeking a senior environmental professional to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale development projects across the Kingdom, including PIF giga projects and major infrastructure programmes. This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and proven experience operating within the GCC and KSA regulatory and delivery environment.

We envisage success in this role to include:

• Lead and deliver Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA/EIA) for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and master planning projects
• Oversee construction environmental assurance, monitoring programmes, and compliance management across active project sites
• Manage engagement with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with KSA environmental requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate environmental inputs across engineering and design functions
• Review and interpret complex technical outputs and present clear, concise findings to clients and stakeholders
• Oversee environmental modelling and analysis, including air quality, noise & vibration, hydrology, ecology, and contamination assessments
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and business development activities across the region
• Ensure delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget, and schedule, maintaining high technical standards
• Act as a senior client-facing representative in workshops, meetings, and presentations.
