Responsibilities

• Our newest opportunity is for a highly experienced **Senior Project Manager – Environment** to join our award-winning sustainability and environmental team based in **Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia**.
• We are seeking a senior environmental professional to lead the delivery of complex, large-scale development projects across the Kingdom, including PIF giga projects and major infrastructure programmes.
• This role requires strong technical depth, leadership capability, and proven experience operating within the GCC and KSA regulatory and delivery environment.### **We envisage success in this role to include:**
• Lead and deliver Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA/EIA) for large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and master planning projects
• Oversee construction environmental assurance, monitoring programmes, and compliance management across active project sites
• Manage engagement with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders, ensuring full compliance with KSA environmental requirements
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate environmental inputs across engineering and design functions
• Review and interpret complex technical outputs and present clear, concise findings to clients and stakeholders
• Oversee environmental modelling and analysis, including air quality, noise & vibration, hydrology, ecology, and contamination assessments
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and business development activities across the region
• Ensure delivery of projects within agreed scope, budget, and schedule, maintaining high technical standards
• Act as a senior client-facing representative in workshops, meetings, and presentations.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will typically bring:* **15+ years of total professional experience** in environmental consulting or project delivery
• **10+ years of experience in similar senior environmental roles**
• **MSc in Environmental Management or a related discipline**
• Professional certification such as CEnv, NEBOSH, PMP, or equivalent recognised body membership (Prefered)
• We are looking for candidates with proven experience in:* Extensive experience across the **GCC region, including Saudi Arabia**
• Strong background in **construction environmental assurance, monitoring, regulatory liaison, and stakeholder engagement**
• Proven expertise in **data analysis, environmental modelling, and technical reporting**
• Demonstrated success leading **large-scale, multidisciplinary development projects**
• At least **12+ years GCC experience**, including significant **KSA-based project delivery**
• Experience on **PIF / giga projects in Saudi Arabia** is highly desirable
