Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Senior Project Manager role based in Dubai, with flexibility for partial work from home.
The Senior Project Manager will lead multiple concurrent engineering and product initiatives, ensuring that scope, timelines, and quality standards are consistently met.
Responsibilities
include defining project plans, coordinating cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design, and stakeholders), managing budgets and resources, and overseeing expediting and logistics activities related to project deliverables.
The role involves setting up project governance, tracking milestones, identifying and mitigating risks, and communicating progress and issues transparently to internal and external stakeholders.
The Senior Project Manager will also drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, support inspection and quality checks where needed, and ensure alignment between technical execution and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management, planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to keep project components, approvals, and deliverables on schedule.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes and quality oversight for technical or engineering deliverables.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resource movements across teams and locations.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects, ideally in software, cloud, or AI-related environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, collaborating with distributed teams and clients across time zones.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, with a focus on outcomes and delivery excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum are a plus.
- Experience working with startups or high-growth companies and comfort operating in fast-paced, evolving environments.
