Overview
We are seeking for **Sr.
Project Manager** in our **Water Division** for **Dubai** Location.
As a **Sr.
Project Manager** , you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
You will serve as the central point of accountability for project performance, collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and revenue delivery.
This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution for complex, high-impact initiatives, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables in Water division.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Build and maintain client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, trusted advisor and fostering long-term trust.
- Communicate proactively to align expectations, share updates, and ensure seamless client experience.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure integrated service delivery.
- Leverage client feedback and insights to support continuous improvement and inform service enhancements.
Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience in a client-facing role such as Project Manager or Account Manager.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Strong Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
