Senior Project Manager (Demolition)
Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager/Estimator leads complex demolition projects from estimating and preconstruction through final completion.
This role is responsible for developing and finalizing competitive estimates, securing work, and providing overall direction across multiple projects.
Working closely with field operations, clients, and project teams, the Senior Project Manager/Estimator oversees project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, contract requirements, changes, and client relationships while providing leadership and guidance to other project management and estimating team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; 15+ years of estimating and managing large complex projects experience in related scope of work.
