Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare Data, Specialty Pharmacy, Hub Services, or Commercial Analytics environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare data aggregation, patient services data, claims data, specialty pharmacy data, and related data ecosystems.
- Experience managing customer enhancements, integrations, data-source changes, vendor changes, or other post-implementation initiatives.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certification.
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software, healthcare technology, data integration, analytics, or similar customer-facing projects.
- Experience managing complex projects and change initiatives for existing enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers and coordinating cross-functional internal teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of project scope, dependencies, risks, change management, and deployment governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
