About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of strategic and complex projects across the organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage project scope, change requests, and stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, governance frameworks, and project methodologies.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and status reviews.
- Mentor and support project team members to drive high performance and successful outcomes.

- Minimum of 7+ years of project management experience, including leadership of large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools.
