Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of high-impact events across the UAE and wider GCC region.

This role requires someone who can balance client management, operational excellence, financial ownership, and flawless execution while leading cross-functional teams across production, logistics, vendors, and stakeholders.

Own full event lifecycle from briefing and concept development through execution and post-event reporting

Lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and profitability

Build detailed project plans, timelines, resource schedules, and contingency strategies

Ensure seamless coordination between creative, production, operations, suppliers, and clients

Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients

Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth

Manage presentations, proposals, progress meetings, and event reporting

Deliver exceptional client experience throughout the engagement

Prepare and manage event budgets and financial forecasts

Track margins, monitor project profitability, and control costs

Negotiate with suppliers and optimize procurement spend

Oversee invoicing and project reconciliation

Manage and mentor project managers, coordinators, and event teams

Drive accountability and maintain high performance standards

Support resource planning and team development

Oversee venue setup, production schedules, logistics, staffing, and live operations

Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health & safety standards, and event requirements

Resolve operational challenges quickly under pressure

8–12+ years of experience in event project management

Strong background in live events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, conferences, corporate events, or large-scale productions

delivering projects in Dubai / GCC market

Excellent project planning and stakeholder management

Strong budgeting and commercial awareness

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Exceptional communication and presentation skills

Vendor and supplier management expertise

High attention to detail and execution discipline

PMP certification (advantage)

using project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, MS Project, etc.)

UAE driving license preferred

Existing network within UAE events ecosystem is advantageous
